When will I get my order?

When you get your order is determined by a number of factors:

  1. When you placed your order. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m - 5 p.m. EST. We are not open on weekends or on national holidays. Online orders placed after 6 p.m. EST, on a weekend, or on a national holiday will be processed after we resume normal business hours.
  2. Where you are located in relation to us (we’re on the east coast of the United States, in Rhode Island).
  3. The shipping method that you selected. Read our Shipping Policy for more information on domestic and international shipping and delivery procedures.
