During a most challenging year, we have all seen the world we knew change dramatically; in all aspects, from the way we live our lives to the way we commute, and the way we shop for our goods and services. There is no such thing as “normal” anymore, and both businesses and consumers have done an amazing job of adapting.
Here at Tasca Parts, We have done our fair share of adapting as well. With staff shortages and manufacturer supply challenges, we have had to reinvent the wheel and apply more innovative and creative thinking to the way we service your automotive parts needs. The volume of orders coming into our facilities continues to rise, and puts our team to the test each and every day.
While our phone support system is offline, and in an effort to address the increasingly growing number of orders, technical support, and requests for availability, we have added our new live chat feature. Located in the lower right corner of our home page, one click, and you can open a live chat window with one of our team, and get the help you need. We are optimistic this new feature will allow us to substantially increase our ability to handle the volume of inquiries we receive daily.
