Returns: In order to process a return. Please login to Order Status and mark the item as being returned. You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. Electrical items can not be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Cores: All cores must be returned in the original parts package for credit to be issued.

 

Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

 
Warranty: Mazda Motor Co. & Ford Motor Co.stands behind their parts for 12mo/12,000 miles. Volvo warranties their parts for 12mo/ unlimited mileage. Warranty exchanges can be made at any Mazda, Ford or Volvo dealer with proof of purchase. This warranty covers exchange on defective part only and does not cover labor unless installed at a Mazda, Ford or Volvo dealer. This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered. Nor does it cover parts that may be defective due to another part.

 

Catalog: The online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide. And does not reflect the availability or stocking status of parts. Although the majority of the data in the catalog is correct. There can be discrepancies in part numbers and prices.  In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone before any charges will occur.
