1. Contact Us
Contact one of our Customer Support Specialists at (800) 598-1484 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your delivery receipt.
2. Get Your Return Authorization (RA) # & Form
We will provide you with an Return Authorization (RA) # and email you the necessary RA form. You can also click here to download the RA form.
3. Return Your Items
Clearly fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form and include it along with the item(s) you want to return in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
*** Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Tasca Parts Center error.
4. Receive Your Refund
We will credit the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs, to the original method of payment used to place the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
